Biennial for full sun. One of the most popular flowers for cutting. Attractive plants produce brilliantly colored and fragrant 2" (5 cm.) double fringed flowers from early summer to fall. Ideal for beds, borders, and cut flowers because of their long-lasting beauty and spicy fragrance. Non-genetically engineered seeds.
Culture: Sow seeds every spring for bloom the following year. Needs lots of sun and staking. It is challenging to grow. The tall, leggy carnation is usually raised in hot, dry climates.
