T.L.C Tall Fescue Blends are specially formulated to combine the strengths and benefits of differing tall fescue genetics. The diversity of the varieties isn’t necessarily visible, but acts more as an insurance policy against disease and other pressures. Each of the varieties in T.L.C. have improved disease resistance against many diseases including brown patch, red thread, and rust. And since T.L.C. includes the Titan genetic, T.L.C. has great come-back ability. T.L.C. Tall Fescue Blend also provides high density, helping reduce weed infestation and promote upright attractive turf, due in part to its aggressive tillers and self-repairing rhizomes.

I have used this grass seed before and loved the grass. Seed world had the larger bag for a better price than others including shipping. Ordering was easy and it came when expected. Only spread seed a couple of days ago so can’t speak to result yet.
Not sure what happened but this batch of seed never grew, only a small portion. I ordered from this place 5 years ago and had great results, but not this time.

This is a great deal. The seed at the big box stores comes in all that "water smart"coating. If you read the label, that stuff is 50% of the weight of the bag. This seed is not in a coating, and is just straight seed. I had alot of bare spots this year, and i was able to blanket a 5000 sqft yard in seed this year from all the extra seed that comes in the bag instead of "coating". I've had great germination rates, and the grass is coming in long and thick. I just mowed it for the first time, and i surprised myself with how quickly my yard has turned around. This is a great buy, and you can't beat it.
