I have used this seed for several years and it seems to be high quality. It sprouts quickly, covers nicely and seems to have less weeds than big box store brands. I cannot say that it is sun, drought , shade, other too much water tolerant,. It grows great in cool weather with some sun and water. Too much heat/sun, too much water, not enough water and it dies, but I think that is the story with all tall fescue.

Used this previously to replace my entire front lawn. Front lawn is beautiful. I tried going cheap and used Scott’s grass seed last year to over seed. I have weeds everywhere. Back to the good stuff.
