problem of the seeds having been shipped without USDA phytocertificate (4/23)
There are serious problem. The company has sent the seeds very quickly but without getting phtocertificate from USDA. This is needed. Now the seeds without the certificate has been stopping at Narita. I have been contacting with the company but not yet receiving a reply for solution. I am afraid the best it can be done is to order the same seeds again but the company will need to get USDA phtocertificate before shipping. This is the current situation and I have been waiting for a response from the company.
