I ordered a banana tree. When it arrived it was completely smashed and broken due to improper packaging. There was absolutely nothing in the box to prevent the tree from bouncing around inside the box, therefore during shipping it was completely destroyed. A second banana tree was shipped to replace the first one. The second one arrived in worse shape than the first one. Will never order from here again!
