Attractive and easy to grow. Mammoth is a very popular and tall, growing 36″, and produces larger flower heads than Dill, Bouquet. Dill leaves are excellent in salads, dips, vinegars, meat, fish or vegetable dishes. The seeds are essential in many pickle recipes.

Culture: Can be started indoors. Sow outdoors 2 weeks after last frost date in your area, and/or set out transplants in rich well drained soil. Fall; Sow direct outdoors in mid to late August. Do not plant in hot summer months. Thin plants 9"-12" apart.
Harvest: Leaves anytime after plants show signs of vigorous growth, cut leaves at stem base. Flowerheads after they turn brown, allow clusters to mature. When seeds begin to darken, cut entire stem and place upside down in bag. The bag will catch dry seeds as they fall.
Nutrition: Greens are high in vitamins A and C and minerals.
