Annual for full sun. Pink, red, rose, salmon, white, and bi-colors. This dainty, compact variety of Dianthus produces masses of bright, clear colored 1" (2.5 cm.) flowers set against grass like blue gray leaves. Fragrant flowers from summer to fall. Non-genetically engineered seeds.
Culture: Sow seeds or transplant in fall (warm climate) or spring in well-drained, neutral, sandy soil that includes humus. Heat and drought tolerant. Pinks can be divided and grow easily. Fine for edging and as a ground cover. Excels in rock gardens, borders, beds, and pots. Cut flowers are long lasting.
