We recommend the Argentine Bahia for lawn application; the Pensacola Bahia is a cost-effective alternative but will have more seed heads which can be considered an eye sour. Mowed they will look similar, but the Argentine Bahia will have a deeper root system, a slightly wider blade, and fewer seed heads.
