    Poor packaging

When I received the package, before even opening up the box, seeds were spilling out of a 2" hole in the box. The plastic bag inside the box had a 6" split along the seem, allowing the seeds to spill into the box. Pictures attached. I'm not sure how much of the package was lost. I also attempted to reach out to the company through the support@seedranch.com email first, but still haven't received a response.
