Archer Insect Growth Regulator
Photo-stable both indoors and outdoors, Archer insect growth regulator (IGR) provides long-lasting residual control through its emulsifiable concentrate formulation, preventing insects from developing into egg-laying adults. Archer offers a unique mode of action that can help prevent insect resistance to pyrethroid insecticides by utilizing a different, non-neurotoxic mode of action. Most insecticide chemistries affect an insect’s nervous system. Archer is an IGR which causes sterility in adult fleas and flies and interferes with the development process of eggs, larvae and nymphs of many common arthropod pests. Using insecticides with different modes of action is an effective means to delay or avoid insecticide resistance. When applied outdoors, Archer can also be tank mixed with adulticides such as Demand CS with iCAP technology
