I placed an order for one bag of fertilizer, but due to an error, it appeared that I had placed three separate orders for one bag each. Despite my immediate attempts to contact customer service, I was unable to reach anyone. I then tried to send an email via their website, but the feature was not functioning. Eventually, I was able to send a chat message to cancel the extra two orders and received an email response stating that they would investigate my issue. However, I was surprised to find that three separate packages were mailed, resulting in triple the charge. I suspect that this may have been an intentional act to generate additional revenue.
I ordered 1 bag of fertilizer . By some mistake it showed that I have ordered three different orders one bag each . Together three bags in three different orders. I imidiatly called customer service but no one picked it up. I tried to send them email via their website but that feature didn't work. Finally I was able to sent some chat message to cancell extra two orders and got an email response that they will look into my question. However, three separate packages were mailed charging me three times more . I think it was done on purpose just to make more money
